Beach Chalet exists within one of San Francisco’s most recognizable coastal landmarks. Originally designed by Willis Polk in 1925, the Spanish Colonial Revival building sits at the edge of Golden Gate Park overlooking the Pacific. Its layered interior combines the upstairs restaurant and brewery with historic 1930s Lucien Labaudt frescoes and original architectural details. During the pandemic, Sweitzer Inc. was tasked with a full remodel of the restaurant's interiors to create a modern space to enjoy seafood after a day at the beach.
