Sweitzer Inc. transformed this roughly 4,000-square-foot former gym into Horsefeather’s new Palo Alto restaurant and bar. The space was built from an essentially blank shell, incorporating rich walnut, stone, amber glass and brass alongside custom seating and geometric millwork. The result shifts easily from daytime dining to a more atmospheric evening setting.
