Sweitzer Inc. helped chef-owners Silvia and Cory McCollow transform an Oakland parking lot into a 200-seat colorful, open-air restaurant, bar and gathering space. The initial project occupies roughly 4,500 square feet within a 30,000-square-foot site and incorporates 14 shipping containers, extensive planting, a full bar, games and private dining areas to create an urban backyard from the ground up.
