Cow Hollow's Palm House is a 130-seat restaurant and bar housed in a historic 1854 farmhouse. The project transforms the building into a tropical gathering place spanning an outdoor patio, bright atrium-like dining space and semi-private Captain’s Quarters, with Carrara tile and playful architectural details layered into the historic structure. Sweitzer Inc. created an intimate private dining experience featuring a long custom dining table with port hole details to reference the nautical, beach theme of the restaurant.
